• Serve as a strategic consultant, creating and executing targeted recruiting plans.
• Manage the entire recruitment process, from job description validation to candidate assessment, sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
• Communicate proactively with stakeholders, ensuring a positive experience for all involved.
• Utilize a variety of sourcing techniques to identify and attract candidates, building a strong talent pipeline.
• Conduct thorough talent assessments and make informed hiring recommendations.
• Analyze market trends and competitive intelligence to support workforce planning and talent acquisition.
• Partner with HR and compensation teams to manage hiring negotiations, including compensation and relocation packages.
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements, including managing restrictive covenants and necessary documentation.
• Leverage recruiting tools and resources effectively throughout the search process.
• Collaborate with peers and HR teams to share insights, best practices, and support internal talent movement.
• Manage relationships with external vendors, including search firms, and oversee background checks for final candidates.
• Participate in HR initiatives, meetings, and projects to continually improve recruiting practices and outcomes.
