Nelnet Regional Account Manager/Title Team Lead in Helena, Montana

The Regional Account Manager & Title Team Lead supervises a team of teachers, which includes daily oversight and performance management and is responsible for effectively servicing private and faith-based, K-12 schools. This position is the main point of contact for partner schools, ensuring they receive the correct application of Title services outlined in the LEA contract. In addition, the Regional Account Manager & Title Team Lead is responsible for over-all management of school accounts, retention of business, and increased utilization of products/services.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Collaborate with other management to Interview, hire, and ensure proper onboarding and training of new team members (teachers).

  2. Provide supervision for team members (teachers), holding them accountable to a high standard of attendance, performance, behavior and policy adherence, implementing corrective action and participating in any termination process if necessary.

  3. Cultivate and foster open lines of communication with the client schools to ensure school needs are met, including ensuring:

• Teacher agreements are complete and accurate,

• all state and federal guidelines are met in terms of safety and academic certifications,

• onboarding of teachers is completed in a timely fashion,

• teaching schedules match the contract, and

• actual hours being taught match budgeted hours.

  1. Process invoice activity, including invoice returns.

  2. Research and respond to inquiries regarding payment related activity.

  3. Provide training and support to client schools as needed.

  4. Build and maintain relationships with school contacts by providing a high level of availability and proactively reaching out to private and faith-based schools, as well as LEAs.

  5. Provide excellent service to support partner schools and LEAs.

• Contact school(s) to establish an implementation timeline and ensure it is met.

• Work closely with the sales staff to enhance the school partnership experience and satisfaction.

• Routinely communicate with partner schools on a frequent basis.

• Answer specific questions and/or find the appropriate resources to answer questions.

  1. Set up and maintain school profile information, terms, and corresponding marketing site(s).

  2. Ensure compliance with all facets of the contract details, state regulations and federal regulations associates with the funding source being used.

  3. Encourage an increased use of FACTS Education Solutions services.

  4. Establish and maintain open lines of communication with FACTS Education Solutions sales staff and other internal contacts providing updates of existing, prospective, and new school relationships.

  5. Make monthly reports of activity available.

Colorado candidates pay range for this role is: $48,000-$52,000

EDUCATION :

Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Business, Communication or other related field.

EXPERIENCE :

  1. A minimum of 5 years’ experience in education, business, or management.

  2. 2 years of previous Lead or Supervisor experience in a customer service environment is preferred.

  3. Experience in providing top of the line support for clients, in addition to building and maintaining excellent client relationships.

  4. Experience creating and updating Excel documents.

  3. Knowledge of basic accounts receivable practices and procedures.

  4. Good skills in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.

  5. Ability to update and create simple Excel documents.

  6. Strong interpersonal skills to effectively work with school leaders in a professional manner.

  7. Excellent communication skills (listening, verbal and written).

  8. Ability to work as a team player and establish a good rapport with co-workers.

  9. Detail oriented with excellent prioritization, organization, and time management skills.

  10. Ability to multi-task and complete projects under high pressure deadlines and stressful situations.

  11. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  12. General knowledge of Title services and well as products in the FACTS Education Solutions portfolio.

  13. General computer skills, including the Microsoft Office Suite.
