The Regional Field Manger provides oversight of the OPA field offices located in one of the OPA regions throughout the state. Composition of offices located in any given region is subject to occasional review with modifications made to meet the needs of HCSD and/or DPHHS. This position provides direct management of field offices and quality call handling operations for the bureau. This position will facilitate communication with the regional field offices and have a strong focus on collaboration, continual improvement, and customer service. What You Can Offer Us * Thorough knowledge of applicable state and federal laws pertaining to public assistance program requirements. * Extensive knowledge of public assistance program operations and SNAP, TANF, etc. * Knowledge of program administration, budget, and personnel management. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills including public speaking and facilitation skills. Meet minimum qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in human services, business, public administration, or another related field. * Five years of management and/or training experience in a public assistance office. * Other combinations of education and public assistance experience may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
