Randstad US Regional Operations Manager in Helena, Montana

Position Objective

The Regional Operations Manager is the first point of field and FSC contact responsible for protecting profit, effective communication, and roll-out/monitoring implementation of highly visible company-wide initiatives. Highly analytic in nature this person will seek out trends, provide needs analysis, make recommendations/pursue resolutions, and manage solution delivery to completion.

Position Summary

  • Manage compliance and audits tasks not limited to e-verify, WEVALs, I9s, references, screenings, arbitration agreements, and workers compensation

  • Provide branch/on-site support including implementation, assisting with training, creating and executing operational processes, etc.

  • Ensure Executive presence by managing and maintaining calendars, planning meetings, conference calls, travel logistics, creating company organizational charts and personnel changes where applicable (w/a)

  • Assist in onboarding process via report analysis, Manager escalation, RFO documentation check, database review, reports & organization orientation

Communication

  • Implement company-wide initiatives, policies, and procedures via written communication, webinar facilitation, or travel

  • Intermediate and liaise with various Field Support Center (FSC) departments (F&A, A/R, Payroll, Billing, Risk, IT, HR, etc.) and the field troubleshooting issues

  • Be a source of information, expertise, and counsel on process efficiency, and service excellence

Reporting & Analytics

  • Provide high level analytics to identify trends, areas of strength and opportunity

  • Ensure data integrity and resolve discrepancies in financials, front office systems

  • Execute and report on personnel or business operational tasks i.e. unit changes, moves, spins, hierarchy updates, database moves, TOU setup, etc.

  • Provide support for QBRs, Strategic Reviews, Appraisals, NPS, budget pricing and pay rates

Education

  • • Bachelor’s degree highly preferred

Work Experience

• 8+ years minimum business experience highly preferred

• 3-5+ years minimum staffing industry experience highly preferred

• 2+ years of Randstad experience with demonstrated success driving results

  • Strong people skills, and the ability to communicate both written and verbal at all levels of the organization

  • Ability to multi-task and effectively prioritize workload and deadlines in a fast-pace environment

  • Strong attention to detail and highly analytical

  • Excellent customer service orientation and follow up

  • Able to work collaboratively both as a team player and leader to accomplish major new initiatives

  • Ability to understand and analyze various financial and operational reports

  • Ability to build relationships and influence

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
