The Role at a Glance

We are excited to bring on a Plan Review Representative to support the Retirement Plan Services business in a remote, work from capacity.

As a Plan Review Representative, you will acquire, clean, and examine data for the purposes of producing Plan Sponsor reviews. You will partner closely with the Relationship Management and Account Management stakeholders to create accurate Plan Sponsor Reviews. You will research questions regarding to the data as it arises. This opportunity will provide the ability to work with a varied group of departments within Operations as well as across Lincoln, building strong working relationships.

What you'll be doing

  • You will partner, communicate effectively, and provide customer service to Relationship Management & Account Management stakeholders in regard to plan review

  • You will obtain fund analysis data, reformat data into standardized templates for Plan Review and the Quarterly Investment Reports and will submit Plan Sponsor Review to Relationship Management and Account Management stakeholders for review and approval.

  • You will facilitate the printing and shipping of approved Plan Reviews using a vendor and ensure it gets printed and shipped accurately in a timely manner at the lowest cost possible, if needed).

  • You will recognize increasingly complex issues/concerns, explain the effect on the production of Plan Review, and suggest process improvements.

  • You will serve as a resource to internal stakeholders to handle complex questions and provide answer to appropriate stakeholders. In addition, you will consult and collaborate with those parties to determine more complex technical specifications from business requirements.

  • Maintains knowledge on current process and maintains knowledge as different process changes.

What we're looking for

Must-haves:

  • 2 – 3 Years of retirement plan experience that aligns with data gathering and/or reporting fund analysis data, reformat data into standardized templates

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with strong skills/experience with Excel specifically (Macros, vlookups, pivot tables)

  • Demonstrated strong relationship management skills with internal clients (e.g. management, peers and colleagues); proven ability to develop collaborative approaches

  • Experience working with, and in support of, team members to solve a problem in a fast-paced, team environment

  • Ability to communicate effectively (verbal/written)

  • Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative style

  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload and multi-task while maintaining strict attention to detail.

  • Ability to be adaptable/flexible as business needs change

  • High School Diploma or GED

Nice-to haves:

  • Working knowledge of Tableau

  • Retirement Plan Product knowledge

  • Solid relationship management skills with internal and/or external clients (e.g. management, peers, colleagues, customers, etc.).

  • Ability to evaluate information and the implications of a course of action or solution
