About This Role:

We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Analyst to join our Sales Compensation Administration team. This role is pivotal in supporting the Kinetic sales teams. The successful candidate will manage business requests and system updates, provide training and troubleshooting in MAGNYS, and collaborate closely with IT to ensure the integrity and functionality of our compensation systems.

What You Will Do:

  • Support the Kinetic Consumer Care and Residential Inside Sales teams with everything from the initiation of business requests to the implementation of system updates.

  • Conduct user training sessions on MAGNYS, providing guidance to the Sales teams.

  • Review and analyze compensation plans, working closely with IT Support to test and validate system updates and functionality changes.

  • Ensure all system enhancements are thoroughly tested to maintain system integrity and performance.

  • Identify and recommend improvements to sales compensation processes, focusing on system enhancements and efficiency gains.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and increase efficiency.

  • Utilize PL/SQL querying to develop and maintain reports that provide insights into compensation data and system performance.

Do You Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.

  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Even Better:

  • Experience in a similar analyst role, ideally within sales compensation or operations.

  • Proficiency in PL/SQL and experience with database querying and reporting.

  • Experience with MAGNYS or similar compensations systems.

The starting compensation range for this job is $43,500 to $53,800.
