What You'll Do
As a Sales Enablement Specialist on our Go-to-Market Enablement team you will play a pivotal role in equipping our Go-to-Market (GTM) teams with knowledges, tools, and strategies needed to accelerate and improve sales productivity. As a core member of our GTM Enablement team, this role will focus on creating comprehensive training programs and enablement resources to bring out the best in our Account Teams and ensure individuals are equipped with the skills to be successful and drive revenue growth. In this role you will collaborate with a variety of teams within Teradata (including Sales, Marketing, Product Management and more), along with vendors and external consultants.
You are a confident, articulate enablement professional experienced in designing, developing and deploying sales enablement programs, tools and resources to sales and consulting associates at a variety of skill and experience levels. You are a skilled and agile communicator, motivated self-starter who is comfortable with ambiguity and working in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate also possesses strong project management, content development skills and embraces new and innovative enablement technologies and methods.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deliver engaging enablement programs tailored to the needs of Account Teams, focusing on effective positioning of our portfolio and understanding of our sales motions.
Create and maintain up-to-date enablement materials, including presentations, videos, and playbooks that can be utilized just-in-time and provide on-the-job performance support.
Maintain a curation mindset to distill a high volume of information down to the most relevant and impactful learning points, provided in a way that resonates with sales and consulting professionals
Consult with subject matter experts and stakeholders to develop appropriate deliverables to develop identified skills and knowledge, focusing on sales goals and continuous improvement.
Plan, execute, and oversee multiple projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope.
Monitor and analyze performance metrics and data to assess the effectiveness of enablement programs and identify areas for improvement.
Be adaptable to change, self-motivated, and able to act independently to prioritize workload and meet deadlines.
What Makes You a Qualified Candidate
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales training, sales enablement, talent development, and/or performance improvement.
BS or BA degree in business, instructional design, communications, or other related discipline.
Extensive knowledge of sales enablement technologies, processes, and best practices
Experience with using tools for video editing, such as Camtasia, and content authoring tools such as Lectora/Captivate/Canva.
Experience with MS Office Suite and Office 365 applications.
Strong time management, communication and writing skills.
Strong critical thinking and analytical abilities.
Excel in learning quickly, working independently and as part of a team, while engaging multiple audiences to complete tasks.
High attention to detail, strong organizational and multi-tasking skills, proactive, positive, strong follow-through, team player, and highly professional.
Excited and motivated by working in a fast-paced, fun environment.
Ability to adjust "on the fly" to new business demands.
Ability to travel as needed based on business needs (<20%)
What You'll Bring
Experience supporting sales and consultants in a complex enterprise sales environment
Sales or consulting experience
Knowledge of data warehousing, analytics, and data science
Visual/Video design skills (Articulate Storyline 2, Premier, Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, Canva) and ability to storyboard a plus

Pay Rate: 92400.0000 - 115500.0000 - 138600.0000 Annually
Starting pay for the successful applicant will depend on geographic location, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and candidate experience. Sales roles will be eligible for commission payments tied to quota achievement. All other permanent roles will be eligible for one of our annual incentive plans, which are based on company financial attainment and individual performance.
