Cleo Sales Operations Coordinator in Helena, Montana

Sales Operations Coordinator Remote - USA / Sales – Sales Operations / Full-time Cleo is a cloud integration technology company focused on business outcomes. The Position The Sales Operations Coordinator will be responsible for providing the Cleo sales team with reliable and high-quality support during all stages of the sales cycle. This position reports to the Sales Operations Manager, but also works closely with Segment Vice Presidents, Account Executives, Account Managers, CX Managers as well as various other internal departments. This position sits within the Sales Operations team which interacts with the entire sales organization and is responsible for enhancing the overall operating efficiency and excellence of the sales function. What you will be doing + Provide the necessary sales support in a variety of areas including pricing, contracts, sales processing & bookings, channel support, professional services and training. + Support sales team with finalizing appropriate sales documentation as required for each opportunity. + Ensure sales team alignment in sales processes, policies and procedures. + Responsible for assisting sales with CRM hygiene such as account/contact merge requests, revenue/industry validation and corporate hierarchy verifications. + Create and maintain online repository of all Sales Operations collateral. + Involved in process improvements for sales support and identifies opportunities for efficiency within the sales organization and Sales Operations team. + Attend and actively participate in sales meetings such as QBR’s and SKO. + Other expectations as defined and requested by the sales organization and/or Sales Operations Manager. Your Qualifications + Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field or equivalent experience. + Experience working with Salesforce + Excellent computer skills a must including Microsoft Office Suite including Office365. + Ability to demonstrate accountability and commitment through proactive decision-making. + Highly motivated with a can-do attitude; results-oriented philosophy. + Quick and intelligent learner with demonstrated capacity to master new concepts and processes. + Highly responsive with excellent follow-through in meeting deadlines, especially within a high-pressure, fast-paced environment. + Excellent interpersonal and written communication/presentation skills. + Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills. + Easily adaptable to work environment changes.
