YRC Freight Sales Support Representative I in Helena, Montana
JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for driving sales through sales support administrative functions, requiring some insight into sales processes. Specific job content may cover such activities as data analysis, collection and system monitoring.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Respond to internal sales inquiries and requests in an expeditious manner.
Check documents for accuracy and completeness.
Utilize CRM system to capture conversations with customers and sales.
Communicate effectively with internal departments to resolve customer and sales issues.
Perform transactional requests from sales to support the sales process.
Maintain files, collect data and prepare periodic standardized reports.
Prepares and distributes reports including quarterly, period expense, etc. per company policy.
Assist in special projects as required.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
High School diploma or equivalent.
Requires good organizational, administrative and communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree.
WORKING CONDITIONS
This job operates in a professional office environment indoors. Routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
The position requires the ability to spend long hours sitting or standing while using office equipment and computers. Ability to perform repetitive tasks such as typing and keying. Occasional lifting, pushing/pulling, carrying 10 lbs of supplies and materials is required.
