As a member of the Digital Marketing team, you’ll create world-class search experiences that are vital to the growth of the company. As a Search Content Strategy Manager on Pega.com, you will partner with paid media, SEO, brand and marketing program managers to maximize engagement in search and drive demand generation. You will dig into paid search and SEO data and bring proactive insights on performance, opportunities, and search intent to the table. You will blend these insights with business needs around strategic positioning and category leadership to create the most relevant experiences for searchers, focused on keyword coverage, ad copy, and landing page destinations. You will bring digital content strategy to the forefront in maximizing outcomes in paid search to serve the needs of high-intent audiences and drive business outcomes.

What You'll Do at Pega:

  • Lead efforts to maximize relevance in search through keyword selection, ad creative, and landing page selection

  • Partner with Paid Search team to understand keyword and ad performance and incorporate data into optimization approach

  • Collaborate with SEO, Brand, Content, and GTM teams to monitor brand positioning and program strategy in order to refine paid search keyword coverage

  • Develop paid search messaging across high-value keyword categories, and share copywriting responsibilities with Creative team

  • Lead the charge on incorporating best practices and understanding of search intent into ad copy and search user flows

  • Optimize and create pages on pega.com to maximize outcomes in paid search

  • Orchestrate A/B testing in paid search

  • Consult on asset selection and user flows across paid channels, including display, content syndication, and paid social

What You've Accomplished:

  • Deep experience pulling together digital analytics to uncover trends, insights, and optimization opportunities

  • Expertise in paid search ad creative and user flows and best practices to drive success

  • Mastery of Google suite, primarily in Google Ads search campaign administration and Google Analytics for reporting

  • Led programs to align content and calls to action with audience and business needs

  • Collaborated cross-functionally to maximize engagement and support lead gen activities
