As part of the SITUSAMC Consulting and Advisory Team, this role will provide comprehensive and professionally written content, presenting detailed specialized information in a form that can be easily interpreted by a wider audience. The role would suit a candidate with a strong background in written English and a natural flair for words. You will have had experience of writing complex reports on behalf of clients and be able to collate and digest information from a range of sources. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have some experience in the mortgage industry, preferably in quality control or compliance. We are a highly successful and rapidly growing company, providing an exceptional service to clients from a range of industries and across the country.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Prepare, review, and edit operational and servicing review reports through various drafting stages on behalf of clients.

  • Exercise of discretion and independent judgment with respect to matters of significance.

  • Review documentation provided from review subjects.

  • Work with internal and external sources to identify additional material for inclusion where necessary.

  • Ensure consistency of Company style and content is used throughout reports.

  • Produce work within strict deadlines.

  • Other activities as may be assigned by your manager.

Qualifications/ Requirements:

  • College degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Experienced professional with 5+ years of industry and/or relevant experience, typically with 1+ years in an Associate level role or external equivalent.

  • Experienced report writer with an extensive and proven track of preparing detailed, thorough and comprehensive reports.

  • Skilled in writing clear and concise copy, with excellent spelling and grammar.

  • Proven ability to convey complex, detailed and industry specific information to a wider audience.

  • Sound research and analytical skills to identify and collate information from multiple sources.

  • Ability to digest and understand a diverse range of mortgage origination and servicing language and concepts.

  • Displays exceptional attention to detail, particularly in writing and proof reading.

  • Able to consistently produce work of a high standard in line with a clearly defined Company style.

  • Highly flexible and motivated, able to work well under pressure and manage workload effectively to meet strict deadlines.

  • Good interpersonal skills and able to work collaboratively with a range of people in a variety of contexts.

  • Ability to participate in audio and video calls with internal and external parties from a quiet work location with appropriate internet access for performing reviews.

  • The employee may be required to report to a different local office as a normal, contemplated, and mandated incident of their employment

The annual full time base salary range for this role is ($57,000 - $108,000). Specific compensation is determined through interviews and a review of relevant education, experience, training, skills, geographic location and alignment with market data. Additionally, certain positions may be eligible to receive a discretionary bonus as determined by bonus program guidelines, position eligibility and SitusAMC Senior Management approval. SitusAMC offers PTO and paid holidays, the terms of which are set forth in the program policies. All full time employees also are eligible to participate in various benefit plans, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability insurance and 401K; in each case in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans.
