Oracle Senior Consultant in Helena, Montana
As a Delivery Consultant for the Upgrade Center, you will consult with clients during implementations to deliver client-specific venue configuration, testing, and training. As a member of the Upgrade Center, you are responsible for consulting with clients on current workflows and configurations, upgrade implications, system changes and enhancements as well as ongoing system maintenance. In addition, you will complete client-specific design, configuration and troubleshooting with appropriate tools, complete full solution build with accountability for build quality score and follow up actions as well as apply and suggest improvements to implementation methodology and consult on complex configuration decisions. As a member of the team, you will develop and execute test plans and test script execution and note changes in end user functionality while also reviewing new defects, write steps to test, outline information for change requests and notify clients. Finally, your responsibilities will also include navigating across venues to resolve issues, propose mitigation strategies, and escalate when appropriate to solution and engagement teams while also leveraging internal and external resources to deliver problem identification and resolution.
Your work is usually accomplished by working remotely with clients. However, depending upon the team you are assigned, travel may warrant onsite time with your assigned clients, which may include up to 25% travel.
As a Delivery Consultant you will work directly with our clients and be required to access their domains, determine what functionality they are utilizing, create and execute test scripts, communicate results, and utilize troubleshooting steps to resolve issues. As a senior member of the Upgrade Center you will provide immediate support to your direct team through mentoring, advancing your troubleshooting skills, and owning your specific solution documentation.
Basic Qualifications :
At least 6 years total combined higher education and related work experience
At least 2 year of Healthcare information technology (HCIT) consulting, HCIT support and/or other client-facing or HCIT solution work experience
At least 4 years higher education and/or additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job
- Bachelor’s degree
Willing to travel up to 25% of the time as needed
Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within the scope of the position
Perform other responsibilities as assigned

New York City Pay Range: from $31.59 to $61.88 per hour; from $65,700 to $128,700 per annum; eligible for bonus and equity.
Colorado Pay Range: from $31.59 to $58.61 per hour; from $65,700 to $121,900 per annum; eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience and market conditions, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
