Ensure efficient and systematic data collection and reporting activities.__ _Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (Behaviors):_ * Demonstrated management experience, including team leadership and performance management. * Proficient in project management, with exceptional organizational, communication, and presentation skills. * Knowledge of data security principles and practices. * Ability to develop and implement consistent, repeatable, and efficient data processes and systems. * Ability to lead and motivate a team through change and improvement initiatives. * Ability to build consensus and foster collaboration among team members and stakeholders. * Ability to articulate complex issues, mediate conflicts, and facilitate problem-solving. * Understanding of OPI data, its purpose, and its application across various programs. * Knowledge of data requirements, relational information, and data governance principles. * Ability to effectively implement change management strategies. _Minimum Qualifications (Education and Experience_): · Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a closely related field. · Four years of experience in data management, including the design, maintenance, and administration of data systems, and the management of related technology projects. · Four or more years of experience in a supervisory role, with demonstrated leadership responsibilities. · An equivalent combination of education, certification, and experience in Business Analysis, Project Management, Data Management, or related fields will be considered.
