The NAAC Delivery Excellence team is at the heart of our mission to provide consistent, scalable, and standards-driven project delivery that creates measurable value for our customers. Within this team, the Portfolio Management group plays a critical role, guided by Industry-Specific Portfolio Directors who align delivery efforts with Oracle’s leading practices. Together, we ensure our talent and processes are primed for customer success and industry-leading project outcomes.

Successful candidates will drive impactful change as they take ownership for managing and growing an existing portfolio of projects for one of the following industries; Manufacturing, Distribution, Healthcare, Services, Higher Education and Public Sector.

Responsibilities
What You'll Do
Lead with energy and expertise, guiding a diverse portfolio of projects within an Industry to achieve project, quality and financial objectives.
Champion Delivery Excellence by fostering collaboration and driving results through Project Managers and Delivery Leaders.
Set the standard for innovative leadership and continuous improvement within your portfolio, while remaining aligned to a common vision for all portfolios.
Participate in the recruiting process to onboard exceptional talent within your Portfolio of projects and help grow talent within the Delivery Excellence organization.
Support efforts to develop talent within the team by serving as a coach and mentor to Project Managers and Delivery Leaders within your portfolio of projects.

Eligibility
Successful candidates will possess the following qualifications:
Comprehensive working knowledge of Oracle solutions or similar enterprise SaaS solutions.
In-depth understanding of SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS best practices, with an ability to apply them strategically.
Proven expertise in leading and successfully delivering multiple large-scale, complex, multi-million-dollar programs simultaneously.
Minimum of 15 years of experience in project, portfolio, and delivery management with a proven record of high-quality outcomes.
Preferred expertise in a specific industry vertical.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only
US: Hiring Range in USD from: $120,100 to $251,600 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
