The Senior Clinical Consultant will provide expert consultation to existing and potential customers on Clinical products, conduct product demonstration, and build, deliver, and support training offers in a variety of contexts applying Instructional Design principles and best practices in online pedagogy.
Duties :
Serve as in-house expert consultant to other teams on issues related to the use and interpretation of clinical assessments
Apply Instructional Design (I.D.) principles to create virtual learning opportunities that are engaging, meaningful, and relevant
Review courses and provide feedback for UX and I.D. best practices
Build and deliver training content on various LMS platforms
Develop learning objectives and corresponding means of assessment for online and in-person courses
Manage media plans for various courses
Attend live and virtual trade shows and conduct product demonstrations
Build, deliver, and track Professional Development training offers
Collaborate with Authors and SMEs on training creation and delivery based on technology innovation principles
Stay abreast of industry standards, research, and policy that may impact clinical assessment
Assist with high-level customer inquries
Other duties as assigned
The anticipated starting salary range for Colorado-based individuals expressing interest in this position is $80,000 to $90,000. This position is eligible to participate in an annual incentive program. Benefits available to eligible employees can be seen at: https://pearsonbenefitsus.com/

Qualifications
Qualifications :
The ideal candidate will have an advanced degree in Education, Psychology, Child Development or a related field, and a background in technology innovation and design
Knowledge of Human-Computer Interaction and Gaming Principles
2 years industry experience
Understanding of measurement and assessment
Outstanding public speaking skills
Tech savvy; ability to build engaging presentations and master a variety of audio and video platforms for online delivery of curriculum
