Senior Network Technician

Morrison-Maierle Systems (Systems) a growing team of information technology consultants has a full-time opportunity for a Senior Network Technician in our Helena, Montana office.

Established in 1982, we have built our reputation on applying knowledge, creativity, and information technology to enhance our client’s businesses. Systems is an employee-owned company.


Full-time position responsible for supporting a range of clients with computer/network maintenance and consulting needs in a team environment.


Must be exceptionally service-oriented and be excited to work in a client- service atmosphere. Must be able to communicate with both technical and non-technical staff. Ability to work independently and as part of a small team on multiple projects while meeting deadline demands in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications include:

  • 3-5 years' practical experience working with servers, networks, desktops, laptops and troubleshooting in a managed services environment

  • Strong background in Microsoft Server, and desktop operating systems, as well as Office365.

  • Experience with network security and cybersecurity principals

  • Experienced with Active Directory, software installation/removal, data backups / restores, antivirus / firewalls / security, internet / networking/wireless connectivity.

  • Proficient in implementing and troubleshooting virtualized environments - VMware, Hyper-V

  • Experience with SonicWALL products

  • Industry certificates such as MCSE and CCNA

    Must have a valid driver license and insurable driving record


    $62,000 to $70,000 yearly
