Sr. Principal Sales Solutions Consultant

SUMMARY:

TheSr.Principal Sales Solutions Consultant will play a critical role in driving sales and supporting the growth of our healthcare solutions. This individual will serve as a trusted advisor to clients,demonstratingdeep industry knowledge and technicaland productexpertiseto effectively communicate the value of our products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare solutions, exceptional presentation skills, and a proventrack recordof success in sales consulting.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Serve as the primary technicaland product advisorfor the sales team,enhancingthe sales team'scapacityby providingadditionalsubject matterexpertiseand support in various pursuits.

  • Work closely with the sales team during the pre-sales phase to provide technicalinput,andconduct in-depth product demonstrations and presentations to prospects and clients.

  • Serve as a product expert, providing valuable insights andexpertiseto enhance the sales process and increase value for clients.

  • Understand customer needs andrequirements, anddevelop tailored solutions that address those needs.

  • Partner with thesales team in scoping solutions and developingaccuratework orders that align with client expectations and project requirements.

  • Act as a bridge between clients and implementation teams to ensure clear communication and successful delivery of solutions.

  • Gather and communicate feedback from clients and the market to the product development team, contributing to continuous product improvement and innovation.

  • Assistin the creation and review of proposals, ensuring technical accuracy and feasibility.

  • Identifypotential risks in project delivery and work proactively to mitigate them, ensuring smooth implementation and client satisfaction.

  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions, project scopes, and work orders to ensure transparency and accountability.

  • Develop andmaintainstrong relationships with key clients and industry partners.

  • Conduct training sessions for the sales team on new product features and updates, ensuring they are well-equipped torepresentthe product accurately and effectively.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies toprovidethought leadership and strategic insights.

  • Assistin the development of sales strategies, training materials, and marketing content.

  • Participate in industry events, conferences, and webinars to promote the company’s solutions and capabilities.

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 10+ years of experience insales solutions or similar role within the Healthcare Industry

  • Healthcare subject matterexpertise, withsolid technical knowledge/aptitude with enterprise class insurance transaction and health care management information systems. Knowledge and experience with theHealthEdgeproduct suiteisa plus 

  • Experience with Reimbursement and/or Payment Integrity

  • Strong technical background with the ability to quickly learn and articulate complex solutions.

  • Proventrack recordof supporting complex sales cycles

  • Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

  • Ability to understand and translate customer requirements into actionable solutions.

  • Experience with CRM software(Salesforcerequired)

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering innovative solutions to meet client needs.

  • Willingness to travel as needed.

Geographic Responsibility:  U.S. Remote
