Meta Senior Producer - Downpour Interactive in Helena, Montana
Summary:
We are looking for a Producer who is a strong communicator who loves the iterative technical and creative process. This person will have the desire to understand a product holistically and can lead the production of a development team across multiple content disciplines through all phases of development. This person will work closely with creative directors and project leads to craft a plan that aligns with business objectives and creative goals while embracing teamwork.

Senior Producer - Downpour Interactive Responsibilities:
Create, plan and deliver working games as a service with a dynamic and creative team
Work closely with creative directors, project leads, and external partners within Meta to align on what and how a game will be built
Drive production and design teams to concept and implement core gameplay features/mechanics
Pro-actively eliminate roadblocks and ensure communication occurs between all departments and partners
Track and develop understanding of the VR gaming industry
Collaborate with other internal Oculus Studios partners and external partners/vendors
Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
5+ years of proven experience in a First Party Producer role or similar
Effective time-management skills with the experience to focus on priorities
Experience shipping 1-2 high profile games from concept to submission
Experience running and optimizing a Live Service
Experience executing hands-on and also looking at the big picture
Experience with Jira, Confluence, sprints, and agile workflows
