The IT governance unit “Organization and Transformation” drives the transformation in close interaction with the CIO and IT leadership team. We aim to leverage the full potential of the IT organization and its people in line with the Siemens company priorities, Siemens IT vision and IT strategic framework. We enable a learning and adaptive IT organization fitting the needs of a changing environment driven by digitalization, empowered employees, and effective communication.
Using your expertise, you will be responsible for:
Driving the organizational design for agile & digital transformation and organizational learning by according concept design
Deriving and implementing corresponding transformation, learning & change activities, tools and methods
Implementing and continuously improving the Collaboration Model incl. roles and responsibilities to achieve the transformation goals
We are looking for:
Master’s degree in IT, Business Administration, Psychology or similar degree
Strong management consulting and collaboration skills
5+ years working experience in IT / tech environment, multi-national companies and large international transformation projects
Ability to quickly adopt the strategic level and translate into consistent roadmap/measures for tangible & sustainable outcomes
In-depth expertise in organizational design, transformation & change management projects & tools
High passion, positive energy, drive and can-do-attitude
Team player with high compassion and integrity
Confident presence & assertiveness, pragmatism & implementation strength
Flexibility to think & act in complex environments with high speed of change
Excellent communication (English) on all levels of an international organization, German language is a plus
