Amentum Senior Program Analyst in Helena, Montana
Amentum is actively seeking a Senior Program Analyst to provide expert level program support and analysis under the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) PMS 326 Follow-On Technical Support (FOTS) contract. Program support includes routine and non-routine program correspondence and documentation, presentations and briefings, material tracking and reporting, program analysis and reports.

This full-time role can be performed remotely, or at the Fredericksburg, VA Office.
Hiring Salary Range: $85,000-$95,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant internal equity, and alignment with market data).

Essential responsibilities and daily duties:
Interface with internal functional teams and external customers for planning, prioritization and issue resolution of material activities in the support of and achievement of customer goals.
Interact and support customers, through the application of specific material knowledge, in the execution of program management tasks.
Coordinate and maintain program documentation with internal and external teams including material plans, schedules, briefings, reports correspondence, technical instructions/procedures and/or related material.
Research and catalog material as defined by the customer.
Develop Purchase Requisitions and Purchase Orders to ensure invoices are processed accurately and in a timely manner.
Liaise with Task Leads to provide administrative support with material sourcing, cataloging and procurement administration.
Liaise with various Corporate functional POCs as required.
Create and maintain master files/schedules related to material cataloging and tracking, execution and status for the life of the program (inception to disposal).
Review, evaluate and provide assessments of technical and non-technical material reports; research specific areas and prepare findings.
Interface with internal and external program participants to coordinate overall activities to support customer goals.
Perform all other position related duties as assigned or requested.
Minimum Requirements:
3 years of relevant work experience.
Working experience with developing and delivering presentations and desk top publishing.
Working experience in Microsoft Office Suite products (specifically Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SharePoint Collaborative tools; Data management systems like Costpoint and OnPoint; and Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) systems.
Demonstrated superior attention to detail and the ability to meet stringent deadlines.
Demonstrated organizational skills and demonstrated ability to perform detail-oriented work.
Demonstrated experience in working independently, taking initiative and leading teams to analyze and resolve problems.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.

Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Ability to effectively communicate in all forms.
Ability to travel CONUS and OCONUS, as required.
Ability to obtain a United States Passport.
Ability to obtain a secret US government clearance. Note: US citizenship is required to obtain a secret clearance.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field of study or equivalent experience in lieu of degree.
Knowledge of Foreign Military Sales.
Logistics, Warehouse, and Material Management.
