The Role
We’re seeking a Senior Recruiter aligned to the G&A function at Lumen. Support verticals will include Human Resources, Legal, Finance, and/or Marketing. As a Senior Recruiter, you will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment process, ensuring that the company attracts and hires top talent. You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Additionally, you will play a key role in enhancing the employer brand and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Location
This is a remote position open to candidates based anywhere in the U.S.
The Main Responsibilities
Overseeing the entire recruitment process to ensure the company attracts and hires top talent.
Collaborating with hiring managers and ecosystem partners to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Utilizing data and analytics to improve recruitment processes and outcomes.
Staying updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment strategies.
Anticipating hiring needs and proactively engaging with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn
Enhancing the employer brand to attract high-quality candidates.
Ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
What We Look For in a Candidate
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
3 or more years of experience in recruitment, preferably supporting the G&A function
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage and mentor a team of recruiters.
Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.
Strong analytical skills to assess recruitment metrics and improve processes.
Compensation
This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.
Location Based Pay Ranges:
$66,375 - $88,500 in these states: AL, AR, AZ, FL, GA, IA, ID, IN, KS, KY, LA, ME, MO, MS, MT, ND, NE, NM, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TN, UT, VT, WI, WV, and WY.
$69,694 - $92,925 in these states: CO, HI, MI, MN, NC, NH, NV, OR, and RI.
$73,013 - $97,350 in these states: AK, CA, CT, DC, DE, IL, MA, MD, NJ, NY, TX, VA, and WA.
