We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team for a fully remote opportunity. As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust and scalable Salesforce applications to support our business operations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and other developers, to deliver customized Salesforce solutions that meet our business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and Develop: Create customized solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce technologies.
• Team Player: Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment on very crucial projects.
• Integrations: Develop and manage integrations between Salesforce and other internal/external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools, and custom web services.
• Testing: Work with QA for full manual and automated testing as well as smoke testing.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer, with a strong understanding of the Salesforce platform.
• Technical Proficiency:
• • Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (Aura/LWC), and SOQL.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce security, sharing, and visibility rules as well as Salesforce Health Cloud.
  • Experience with Salesforce integration tools and techniques (e.g., REST, SOAP, MuleSoft, MS SQL, Oracle).
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools and version control systems (e.g., Git/Bitbucket, VS Code, Jenkins).
• Analytical Skills: Ability to translate complex business requirements into effective technical solutions.
• Problem-Solving: Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
