Peloton Interactive, Inc. Senior Technical Program Manager - Security & Privacy in Helena, Montana

Peloton is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to drive the security & privacy of our applications and platforms. This role will work closely with our application security teams, GRC (governance, risk management and compliance,) software engineering management, product management, design operations to execute against our security and privacy roadmap.

You will be responsible for planning out these programs from concept, executing against cross-functional security and privacy features, planning requirements, driving alignment between multiple teams, managing schedules, identifying and tracking risks, driving the team to results, and clearly communicating to project stakeholders.

The right candidate is a self starter with a willingness to wear multiple hats and go beyond their own role. You will drive the team over the goal line by balancing existing experience, listening skills, and decisiveness. You align people to goals and make sure they feel that they are key to the success of the program.

YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON

  • Be the glue that helps teams get things done including applying agile best practices, running meetings and collecting requirements, and coordinating larger planning activities across our teams

  • Help organize projects by creating project plans, identifying constraints, providing mitigation plans, and reporting status to key stakeholders

  • Coordinate across team lines to manage, track and deliver outcomes for our teams while managing trade-offs

  • Provide visibility by holding the responsibility for regular reporting to key stakeholders on project and program status

  • Engage with key stakeholders to actively build out the security and privacy roadmaps.

  • Track and drive application teams’ response to critical security and privacy incidents.

YOU BRING TO PELOTON

  • 5+ years technical program management experience driving programs within information security, privacy networks, governance, risk and compliance platforms.

  • Cloud Infrastructure knowledge (AWS, Azure or Google platform)

  • Technical knowledge in security domain areas such as application, architecture, system and network security, identity/access management etc.

  • Knowledge of current security threats, trends, and mitigations.

  • Creative technical problem-solving with proven agile planning

  • Experience managing major incidents and post-incident reviews

  • Experience with collaboration tools like JIRA and Confluence
