Summary:

As we hire some of the best technical minds around, we need the best recruiting minds to match our business needs. As a Sourcing Manager within our technical sourcing teams, you will apply your operational depth and strategic thinking to develop, drive, and execute on the sourcing strategies within our technical pillars including but not limited to: Core SWE (full stack, front end), Specialty SWE (Machine Learning, AR/VR, Mobile), Product (Technical Product, UX, Data Science/Engineering) and/or Specialized Technology (Facebook Reality Labs, Data Centers, Infrastructure, etc.) recruiting teams. You will lead a team of staffing professionals who execute against global hiring targets and work closely with multiple stakeholders to drive world class recruiting practices with a constant eye on scaling for the future. In this role, you will know how to manage, mentor, and guide a team of sourcers through all facets of the recruiting life-cycle. This role may lead and manage other people managers.By applying to this position, you are being considered for multiple like positions within our Technical Talent Acquisition Team. Required Skills:

  1. Liaise with recruiting leaders to comprehend workforce plans and hiring plans in order to develop short and long-term sourcing strategies to meet recruitment goals

  2. Partner with Facebook hiring managers to develop a detailed profile of target candidates with data-driven advice on the range of logical possibilities

  3. Develop and implement strategies and programs that will result in a dynamic and superior candidate experience and candidate satisfaction

  4. Onboarding and training new sourcers who will often be geographically dispersed

  5. Providing mentorship, guidance and career development to members of your team, particularly we are seeking someone who enjoys developing IC’s

  6. Lead by example through following, setting or sharing sourcing best practices

  7. Ensuring sourcers are managing to milestones and metrics

  8. Compile, analyze and capture insights from data to support business decisions

  9. Identify trends and leverage knowledge, data and competitive intelligence to develop creative, customized sourcing strategies and in depth talent maps

  10. Build strong cross-functional relationships with other Sourcing Leaders

  11. Define, design and implement recruiting programs for a variety of positions including understanding and mapping the talent landscape, internal calibration and referrals, and matching those data points with the external talent supply

  12. Monitor and manage all team activity on a continuous basis, ensuring appropriate utilization of workloads across the team

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 8+ years of recruiting or sourcing experience

  2. 4+ years of experience managing a team of recruiters and/or sourcers

  3. Experience designing and implementing global sourcing strategies

  4. Experience collaborating with key business leaders and senior cross-functional partners

  5. Experience translating data and analysis into strategic recruitment processes and recommendations

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Experience managing teams of 8+ direct reports

  2. Technical recruiting/sourcing experience

  3. Experience managing technical sourcing teams

  4. Experience building and scaling technical sourcing teams
