The purpose of this position is to provide advanced administrative management of client contracts, internal financial documentation, invoicing and billing tracking in support of a service line with CBRE’s Americas Consulting group.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Supports Americas Consulting Engagement Managers in setting up new projects and completing internal forms to ensure administrative compliance with set up process
Reviews contracts and Statements of Work (SOWs) to capture key financial data elements for accurate invoicing and completing tracking documents
Maintains invoice tracking tool(s) for project billings in compliance with contract/SOW terms and conditions with monthly forecasts
Acts as a liaison between the Americas Consulting Engagement Managers and Finance to track, report and managing monthly invoicing cycle
Provides reports on projects’ financial status as requested
Leads and/or supports recurring meetings to review invoicing and compliance
Offer process improvement suggestions as identified
Ensure all deadlines and conditions described on contracts are met (e.g. finance and client deadlines)
Other duties may be assigned.
No formal supervisory responsibilities in this position. May provide informal assistance such as technical guidance, and/or training to coworkers. May coordinate and assign tasks to co-workers within a work unit and/or project.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
High School diploma or general education degree (GED) required. Associate's degree (AA) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school preferred. Minimum of four years of related experience and/or training.
CERTIFICATES and/or LICENSES
C.P.M., C.P.S.M. or N.A.C.M. certifications or eligibility preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers. Ability to effectively present information.
Requires knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages, discounts, and/or commissions. Conducts basic financial analysis.
Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret documents. Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations. Requires intermediate analytical and quantitative skills.
OTHER SKILLS and/or ABILITIES
Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to achieve working level skills in either a contracts database or Ariba Contracts Management Module.
Keen attention to detail, with an ability to spot errors
SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY
Decisions made with understanding of procedures and company policies to achieve set results and deadlines. Responsible for setting own project deadlines. Errors in judgment may cause short-term impact to co-workers and supervisor.
