iCIMS Sr. Customer Reference Manager in Helena, Montana

Job Overview In this role, you'll build strong relationships with iCIMS clients and staff, with an underlining mission of scaling our pool of referencable customers to meet the demands of our ever-growing organization. You'll also position the Reference Program as a feeder system for other iCIMS Customer Programs, including iCIMS Advocates. Responsibilities + Launch the systems and processes that are necessary to create a world-class reference program. Lead the implementation of new reference software. + Work cross-functionality to create a reference program task force, understanding SWOT for relaunching the program. + Work closely with Sales/Service leadership and enablement teams on requirements, education, roll out, and adoption. Be a leader in building and driving process within the Customer Marketing team. + Oversee and manage the Reference Software. + Ensure our Customer Reference database is current and accurate; pilot initiatives that help to fill in gaps in reference attributes. Maintain in-depth customer profiles on data not already collected within SFDC. + Create a plan to scale the customer reference program, recruitment, reference nurturing and reference fulfillment process as the company grows. + Develop relationships with customer-facing teams; implement programs to identify and cultivate customer references. + Be accountable to the entire reference process; including the use of references by the Sales organization. Ensure customers’ needs are managed and met during the reference process. + Identify potential customers for the iCIMS Advocates Program, Product Experience Panel, and Talent Leadership Council. Share potential customer stories with the Customer Marketing team. + Be willing to act as a Senior leader on the Customer Marketing team, mentoring and guiding Program Specialists as needed. + Support and/or manage other customer marketing programs and initiatives outside of core reference program duties, as needed. + Be creative and introduce fresh ideas, strategies, and more! Qualifications + 5+ years of direct participation or ownership of a customer reference program + Experience in managed multiple high priority tasks or projects with competing deadlines, across various departments + Professional and self-managed leader and team member, that can organize and manage projects across functions (especially Sales) and with multiple stakeholders and contributors. + Customer centric and detail oriented. + A quick learner that can think independently, knows when and how to seek feedback, can move ahead and keep projects on pace, while still keeping everyone in the loop. Compensation and Benefits iCIMS offers the following benefits: medical, dental, vision, 401(k), an open vacation policy, sick days, short-term disability, long-term disability, maternity/bonding and parental leave, tuition reimbursement, flexible savings accounts, paid holidays, life and AD&D insurance. The target total compensation for this role is $73,100 - $97,400; y our estimated compensation will be based upon your experience.
