What Product and Solutions Marketing contributes to Cardinal Health
Marketing is responsible for assessing customer needs, market conditions and competition to inform business strategy. Marketing implements the strategy through developing, commercializing and monitoring the appropriate products and services.
Product & Solutions Marketing is responsible for defining the product/service and market strategy and life cycle management including customer need identification, market research, product or service offering, pricing, positioning, promotion, branding and distribution to drive customer loyalty, sales growth and improved profitability.
Job Summary
The Senior Manager, PSAO Network & Payor Relations is a key management position that leads the PBM relations team and is the primary point of contact for contract compliance and issue resolution between PSAO Network members and Payor partners including but not limited to issues arising from contract disputes, application of contract terms and affiliations. This customer audience focused role is responsible for upstream and downstream communications and oversight of PSAO Network Tier 2 support.
Responsibilities
Oversees PBM Relations Team including Tier 2 support
Supervises PSAO Network Affiliations and Credentialling Team
Supervises PBM Contract compliance including effective rate terms and conditions in collaboration with PBM Analytics Team
Addresses customer concerns pertaining to market trends and contract terms and conditions
Aligns internal sales team with designed go-to-market message.
Oversees the functional management of direct reports including but not limited to career development, succession planning to meet the organization's needs.
Qualifications
8-12 years of experience, preferred
Bachelor’s degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred
Strong understanding of pharmacy claim processing and PBM practices, preferred
Understanding of retail pharmacy operations , preferred
Previous personnel/team management, including multiple layers of managers and people leaders, preferred
Knowledge and experience with operational excellence models, preferred
Ability to travel 15% or as needed

Anticipated salary range: $103,500-147,900
