Sr. TA Data Analyst

Role Overview:

The Sr. TA Data Analyst will deliver deep analytical insights to business and recruiting leaders to assess and report the effectiveness of the recruiting lifecycle, workforce planning, and overall TA metrics.

About the Role:

  • Design, develop, implement, review and maintain reports related to Talent Acquisition (TA) and underlying recruiting channels.

  • Gather and convert raw Workday data into visually appealing and one glance snapshot using Excel, PowerBI, and Powerpoint.

  • Strong ability to think creatively and design solutions that summarize key data points and answer common business questions.

  • Ability to assess the need for data and collect from disparate sources.

  • Create presentations with compelling story to share with leadership, cross-functional teams to provide insights and recommendations

  • Utilizing emerging analytic technology tools to deliver reports and data visualizations that give findings, business insights, and point to future solutions

  • Thinks boldly to challenge current business practices, identifies "out-of-the-box" ideas for improvement

  • Develops recommendations to mature the People Supply Chain organization based on best practices and business needs

  • Develops strong partnerships, networks and collaborates with people at all levels within the organization

  • Lead change management to support adoption of new processes, including development of training materials, performance measurement and monitoring to ensure targeted goals and objectives are achieved


•The ideal candidate is a business-savvy, practical and proactive self-starter with strong analytical and management reporting skills combined with excellent operational skills.

•Demonstrates a high level of integrity and ethical values.

•Experience building, understanding, interpreting, and simplifying complex concepts and processes to technical and business leadership.

•Demonstrated experience in advanced Excel is required.

•Experience in data visualization and data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI.

•Ability to identify, investigate, precisely locate, and bring to resolution reporting issues of various types from various sources

•Ability to understand and resolve issues within complex reporting data architecture interfaces and tools

•Assemble and analyze data for business reports and make sure data and calculations are accurate and reliable
