Facebook is looking for a Program Manager to join our Strategy & Transformation team that drives Recruiting transformation solutions from strategy to execution at the intersection of people, process & technology. We build and scale global programs to strengthen the impact of our world-class Recruiting Team. Recruiting is a core strategic driver of Facebook's success. We have a world-class team working together to help drive our ambitions and scale to the next level. This role is pivotal to delivering our vision of transforming the way we hire great builders for Facebook's future. In this role, you will help Supplier Strategy & Solutions drive the strategy for how we approach finding talent, keeping a finger on the pulse of market and industry trends, and proactively managing a portfolio of strategic suppliers that bring top talent to us. Plugging into the Recruiting organization’s multi-year vision, you will scale and deliver existing programs, while also identifying and standing up new programs. The ideal candidate will excel at working collaboratively with leadership and cross-functional team members alike and consistently deliver high-quality work even under time constraints with competing priorities.

Required Skills:

  1. Lead management of the enterprise sourcing solutions program and pilots program that helps evaluate new solutions that are critical to helping our recruiting organization bring talent into the company.

  2. Partner with cross-functional teams and stakeholders within Recruiting Ops, Procurement, Supplier management to ensure that supplier solutions are effectively utilized to help meet long term objectives as well as near term deliverables.

  3. Obtain alignment on objectives and articulate strategy to key stakeholders, champion the implementation of the supplier solutions/new ideas with the appropriate teams.

  4. Provide feedback and make recommendations on program status, progress, and partnership insights to Operations and Functional Leaders.

  5. Create and share success and utilization metrics for our supplier programs.

  6. Plan and execute reports, Quarterly Business Reviews and special projects with our key suppliers.

  7. Leverage, outline & analyze metrics to manage program health, mitigate risks, demonstrate impact & enable continuous improvement. Share qualitative and anecdotal data that ties execution to achieving our strategic goals.

  8. Proactively suggest process improvements to the current supplier solutions and processes related to supplier lifecycle and operations management.

  9. Build strategic relationships with global & cross-functional partners to drive improvements to the program strategy.

  10. Proactively identify the important problems in support of company goals and create supplier solutions and programs to address them.

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 4+ years experience in Program Management and/or Consulting.

  2. 3+ years of supplier/vendor management experience.

  3. Experience establishing programs, leading them end-to-end while scaling for growth in highly matrixed organizations.

  4. Track record of operating independently and delivering results, embracing ambiguity, demonstrating creativity, and delivering results in a highly organized manner.

  5. Experience building and maintaining strategic relationships in order to influence and drive the program vision in a single direction.

  6. Experience creating and delivering presentations to a variety of stakeholders including senior-level leadership.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. PMP or Six Sigma certification.

  2. Experience working in a large, global tech company or other fast-paced environments.

  3. Experience in program management within Recruiting or People Operations.
