In this position...
You will be responsible for driving Ford's sustainability compliance strategies and adapting to the changing regulatory environment, market behaviors, and competitive dynamics.
What you'll do….
Drive resilient Sustainability Compliance strategies
Provide analysis, insights and recommendations to address compliance for the Production Plan process
Provide input to Cycle Plan process and Cycle Plan studies providing analysis, insights and recommendations to address compliance
Provide analysis and ideas to partners in Environmental and Safety Compliance office to inform and influence regulation development
Coach program teams on compliance levers and provide compliance assessment to support program milestones ( / )
Conduct optimization analysis and develop recommendations at both the total fleet level and within vehicle programs
Identify efficient compliance strategies and make recommendations to incorporate those actions into the plan
Develop competitive compliance analysis and develop insights to inform compliance strategies
Develop a high-performing team through cross-training, peer reviews and development of personal plans to strengthen planning skills
Champion team culture and Ford OS Behaviors
You'll have…
Bachelor's degree in engineering, or equivalent
Experience developing and communicating strategic direction
The ability to work well under pressure
Depth of understanding and experience within PD or Planning
Demonstrated ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams
Demonstrated ability to lead complex problem-solving
Familiarity with regulatory environment
Demonstrated excellence in oral & written communication
The ability to manage multiple priorities concurrently and deliver high quality events
A strong desire to deliver results in a fast-paced environment; work with all employee levels from technical personnel to Ford Senior Management.
