Purpose of Role
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be an integral part of building and leading talent initiatives supporting Americas Retail. In partnership with the Talent Acquisition Sr. Manager, HR Business Partners and Recruiters, the TA Specialist will proactively source and screen candidates in top priority markets. TA Specialist will also create & implement sourcing strategies to build pipelines for difficult to fill positions and new store openings. The TA Specialist will be point for project management for TA initiatives; as well as taking the lead in creating training resources & being a point of contact for the end to end recruiting process for field leaders. The TA Specialist will have a strong partnership and will serve as a main point of contact for the HR Admin & HR Analytics teams in order to build a hiring progress dashboard to monitor and audit recruiting process areas of opportunity.
Your Impact
Utilize proactive, creative, and cost-effective recruitment methods to attract and source a diverse pool of candidates including leveraging online recruiting resources, social media, ATS, meet-up groups, University partnerships and driving teammate referrals
Support sourcing for difficult to fill & hard to hire markets with hourly & salaried roles across the Americas Retail business mainly; supporting the Distribution Center business as bandwidth permits
Screen resumes and interview candidates to determine fit for current or future opportunities
Attend recruiting kick-off meetings and collaborate with Hiring Managers, Recruiters and HR Business Partners to build search strategies and create robust, diverse candidate pipelines
Serve as liaison between the Retail field & HR Admin to monitor themes causing errors and delays in the hiring and onboarding process, and work to minimize through creation & communication of training and resources
Use metrics and data to drive and influence decision making for recruiting talent to Under Armour
Develop reporting tools, resources & dashboards to be shared with Hiring Managers and HR partners
Play a critical role project managing high volume hiring recruiting efforts, talent driven projects & initiatives
Other duties as assigned, including representing TA on key HR initiatives and projects
Qualifications
Experience in SAP SuccessFactors or other ATS programs
Boolean/ERE/AIRS training is a plus, but not required
LinkedIn Certification is preferred, but not required
Microsoft Office Suites proficient
Proficient in creating, pulling & interpreting recruiting metrics
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
2+ years’ experience in Human Resources, Recruiting or Sourcing, preferably in a Retail environment (Agency or In-House)
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), and sourcing platforms (i.e., LinkedIn Recruiter)
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
Travel: IE- 5-10% of the year to Talent Acquisition Team or Retail team meetings at UA Headquarters and/or Distribution Centers

Base Compensation
$63,175.00 - $86,865.90 USD
Most new hires fall within this range and have the opportunity to earn more over time. Initial placement within the salary range, however, is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills and experience for the position.
