Required Skills:

Technical Program Manager Responsibilities:

  1. Create processes that enable teams to move quickly and efficiently

  2. Lead cross-functionally to define schedule, requirements, resource plans, integration plans, prioritize initiatives, and proactively identify/address potential setbacks

  3. Work with software engineering to deliver software solutions/features in a fast-paced environment

  4. Balance the business needs with technical constraints by building deep subject matter expertise for Virtual Reality area

  5. Maintain the team's focus on strategy and goal-oriented results when tackling complex problems

  6. Communicate program status, risks and mitigation plans to leadership

  7. Ensure project documents are complete, current and available for review by all parts of the organization

  8. Telecommute from anywhere in the U.S. permitted (remote work benefit)

Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Statistics, Analytics, Engineering, or related field, followed by five (5) years of progressive, postbaccalaureate work experience in the job offered or in a business analyst-related occupation. Experience must include 24 months of experience in the following:

  2. Analyzing business processes to determine effectiveness and opportunities for improvement

  3. Building relationships and collaborating within a cross-functional team

  4. Improving complex business processes and communicating these to cross-functional teams

  5. Advanced Excel reporting and spreadsheet

  6. Interpreting and communicating data and process improvements to a variety of audiences

  7. Program management

  8. Data analysis, using tools such as SQL, Hive/Hadoop, or Tableau
