Job Overview: The temporary Data Entry employee will support the section's permanent Safety staff in the review, verification, and re-location of crash data within MDT’s crash database. Essential Functions (Major Duties or Responsibilities): The duties of this position include using Adobe DC (pro), ArcMap, and Microsoft Office products, primarily Excel to edit data errors in MDT’s crash database. Tasks include finding location points in ArcMap, determining if collision types, relations to junctions and other variables are correctly entered in the system. Minimum Qualifications (Education and Experience): /In order to be considered for this position, applicants must submit answers to the Supplemental Question listed at the end of this position./ The required knowledge and skills are typically acquired through a combination of education and experience equivalent to a Highschool Diploma.
