If you would like to “Drive Customer Service” with MVD, find out more at https://dojmt.gov/driving/.* * Job Overview: TheBusiness Analystdevelops the application code, testing, accomplishing data conversion, and conducting user training; works with partners to analyze business requirements and develop solutions to complex data management processes; conducts research into and propose technical solutions; and responds to requests for information and recommendations. _Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:_ · Knowledge of business analysis concepts. · Knowledge of IT applications, security, concepts, and operations; IT systems development, enhancement, and maintenance; systems analysis, design, testing; telecommunications and information systems networking; customer service standards; data management products; data structures and interrelationships. · Excellent verbal and written communication skills. · Ability to communicate to varied audiences and knowledge levels. · Ability to provide excellent customer service skills. · Ability to build rapport and establish strong, cooperative working relationships. · Ability to exercise sound judgment. · Ability to solicit input from others, analyze issues and problems, and recommend business process improvements for the improvement of the organization/individual based on situational variables. · Ability to follow through to implement selected processes and respond to changing conditions to find workable solutions. /This is a modified position, funded through a grant and will be evaluated periodically for funding throughout the life of the project./// Minimum Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field. * One year of experience as a business analyst or related work. * Other combinations of education or experience may be substituted.
