Job Description
Role: Training and Communications
Location: Telecommuting/remote from within the US
We are seeking a self-driven Training and Communications professional to support the Director of Compliance & Ethics Training and Education Programs. You will play an active role in the administration and growth of Oracle’s Global Compliance and Ethics program. You will assist in the prevention and awareness portion of the program, which includes compliance training, policy governance, communications and development of communication strategies, and online compliance course creation for both employees and partners, training videos, reporting, and other activities.
Responsibilities:
Partner with internal stakeholders and liaise with experts regarding training development
Translate complex information and ideas into concise user-friendly content via clear instructions and explanation
Ability to write, prepare, review and revise training content and communications content, focusing on accuracy, simplicity, readability, grammatical correctness, and translations
Support and/or manage both regional, line of business, and companywide trainings along with associated communications strategies
Maintain open and clear communication channels with stakeholders to ensure alignment with corporate objectives
Assist with the administration/maintenance of the content for the training library
Create internal and external Compliance & Ethics websites and confluence pages [Integrity Matters, Conflict of Interest Confluence pages, Training Zone, etc.]
Assist with the development of the necessary tools to implement and manage the Policy Governance Project
Support the management of the enhancements of the Conflict-of-Interest Disclosure Tool
Design, prepare, and/or order educational aids, forms, and materials, as needed
Use known education principles and stay up to date on new training methods and techniques
Provide reports and metrics on training, policies, communications, and other compliance related matters

Responsibilities
Preferred Qualifications:
A minimum of 5 years of experience creating online training. Preferrable if for corporate compliance on a global or regional level, but other areas acceptable.
Proficient in adult learning methodologies, learning management systems, and training software (Oracle Learn, Captivate, HTML5, Articulate, etc.).
Prior experience building or maintaining webpages and crafting company communications for senior leaders.
Advanced PowerPoint and Excel.
Project/program management experience, able to balance multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
Ability to do limited travel (5%) for team meetings.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only
US: Hiring Range in USD from: $70,600 to $141,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
