Conduent Transaction Processing Associate in Helena, Montana

Hourly Rate:
$15.50 – $16.50 depending on experience.
WORK SCHEDULE:
Hours of Operation for the department:
Monday – Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Onsite only
Principal Duties/Responsibilities:
Provides administrative/clerical support to business operations by performing processing tasks such as data entry.
Performs data entry of material from source documents to a computer database.
Ensures accuracy and completeness of data/assigned work.
Handle multiple assignments.
Maintain a high level of confidentiality, informational accuracy and production.
Must be able to work under strict deadlines.
Perform duties related to TRACS (TPL Recovery and Claims System)
Daily mail and deposit preparation tasks
All general Third Party tasks
Other duties as assigned

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS :
High School diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications and Success Factors:
Medicaid/Medicare experience
Accurate typing skills
Attention to detail/accurate typing skills
Data entry skills
Ability to use PC, 10 key, typewriter, calculator, and/or data entry devices.
Payment Processing experience desired
Microsoft Excel & Word experience.
Good telephone and interpersonal skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to perform complex tasks with minimum supervision
Ability to work closely with others in the unit and the account

For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. The estimated pay for this role is $15.50 per hour.
