Responsibilities
The UI/UX Developer will apply application design and development solutions for a modern web-based application. The UI/UX Developer is responsible for creating or updating responsive based sites or portals based on site maps, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs using standards/compliant (and Section508) HTML5/CSS3, and JavaScript. The frontend web developer should work closely with the UI/UX designers as well as the platform team to identify ways to effectively implement and develop within the platforms’ requirements.

• Design and implement frontend user interfaces in modern programming language to best suit users’ needs • Create integrated functionality to a backend structure • Configure software products and systems to deploy code • Develop product and platform prototypes and convert the mockups into working UI models • Keep track of software application performance • Collaborate with project team members to solve complex problems • Test for intuitiveness and experience • Communicate with clients to understand their business goals and objectives • Develop technical and business requirements and always strive to deliver intuitive and user-centered solutions • Combine creativity with an awareness of the design elements • Test new ideas before implementing
Qualifications
Required:
· Bachelor’s degree
· At least 5 years of experience with UI development
· Vue JS, React JS, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, Node
· MVC, MVT Design patterns
· Scrum, Agile methodologies
· CI and CD within the SDLC
· AWS services and containerization
· Unit Testing
· Experience with cross-platform browser interfaces and compatibility issues
· RESTful API
· Familiar with the human centered design approach and process
Preferred:
· Python, Django, JSON, XML, REST API Integration
Additional Requirements
