TTEC Vice President, Sales Leadership in Helena, Montana

What You’ll be Doing

The VP of Sales Leadership is responsible for generating business revenue by meeting sales targets and strategic initiative goals for the Region and developing sales strategies and account plans targeted to drive profitability, growth and account penetration. This position develops Account Executives (AE) to strategically sell the integrated suite of Avtex products and offerings. In addition, the Regional Sales Director assumes a leadership role in the sales process, both as a resource for the team and to assist in closing higher level opportunities in collaboration with the VP of Sales.

During a Typical Day, You’ll

  • Drives sales activity to achieve established sales targets and strategic initiative goals for the IX Business Unit.

  • Leads the development of short- and long-range sales plans for the practice area, including overall profitability, growth, and penetration goals.

  • Manages, coaches, and develops the AEs towards the achievement of sales goals by selling the integrated suite of Avtex product offerings. In partnership with VP of Sales, aligns customers and prospects to AEs to best represent segmentation and strategic importance, reassigning accounts where necessary. Gather information and resources needed by AEs to close sales.

  • Utilizes CRM to forecast revenue, manage sales pipelines and actively track and measure the effectiveness of sales activities and outcomes. Responsibility for forecasting their regional rollup weekly to VP of Sales. Work with AEs to help them understand how to use the data to improve their performance.

  • Assist in the identification of key accounts and prospects for account planning purposes and business development activities.

  • Fosters a collaborative, team-based environment which attracts and retains high-performing AEs. Actively participates in the sourcing, hiring, on-boarding, development and retention of AEs.

  • Reviews prospecting, pipeline, sales strategy and close rates with AEs to improve performance and achieve individual and team objectives.

What You Bring to the Role

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.

  • 1 years of sales management experience, preferably for related technologies.

  • Significant experience managing sales staff through metrics-based, behavior-based, and data-driven approaches

  • 5 years of sales experience positioning technical products and software solutions in a high touch and consultative selling environment

  • Experience developing, monitoring and consistently achieving organizational sales goals
