Montana's Great Indoors Assistant Kitchen/Cafe Manager in Kalispell, Montana
Montana's Great Indoors ("MGI") is currently looking for an assistant manager to help run daily operations in the kitchen/cafe. We're seeking a dependable, hard-working, energetic individual who enjoys working with people in a fun environment and is very comfortable around kids, families and food.MGI is an exciting new indoor children's play venue located in northern Kalispell. We have a café which offers kids and parents quality food and snacks that are both fresh and healthy.Schedule flexibility is required. Must be able to work weekend and evening shifts. Must be able to handle high stress/fast paced environments, manage conflicts, and be a good problem solver.Additionally, CPR/First Aid certification will be required of all employees as well (we will assist with obtaining this certification). Hired individuals will be required to pass a background check.Duties include (but are not limited to):- Preparing and serving food to guests. Must enjoy working with fresh ingredients, there will be lots of chopping and dicing- Managing other cafe staff members- Must be able to multitask and work well in a fast-paced environment- The café will serve beer and wine, so TIPS and ServSafe certification will be required- Experience in the food and/or customer service industries is preferredThis is an excellent opportunity for the right individual looking for a fun experience working with a great group of people.
