Montana's Great Indoors Assistant Manager in Kalispell, Montana
Montana's Great Indoors ("MGI") is currently looking for an assistant manager to help run daily operations. We're seeking a dependable, hard-working, energetic individual who enjoys working with people in a fun environment and is very comfortable around kids and families.MGI is an exciting new indoor children's play venue located in northern Kalispell. We also have a café which offers kids and parents quality food and snacks that are both fresh and healthy.Schedule flexibility is required. Must be able to work weekend and evening shifts. Must be able to handle high stress/fast paced environments, manage conflicts, and be a good problem solver.Additionally, CPR/First Aid certification will be required of all employees as well (we will assist with obtaining this certification). Hired individuals will be required to pass a background check.Duties include (but are not limited to):- Front Desk (welcoming guests, assisting in completing waivers, checking in guests, etc)- Using point of sale for admissions, sales and payment processing- Monitoring children as they play on the structures, and ensuring safety protocols are being followed by everyone in the play area- Cafe (taking food/drink orders, delivering orders to customers, using point of sale to take payments, working with general manager to provide a positive customer experience). Working in the cafe requires a Tips certification in order to pour and serve alcoholic beverages. We will assist in obtaining this certification.- Managing other front of house employees- Experience working with children and/or customer service industry is preferredThis is an excellent opportunity for the right individual looking for a fun experience working with a great group of people.
