Apply now and become a part of our dedicated team!Why you want this position:Meals provided Lively working environment Pay: $12 to $13/hour + tipsShifts: Part-time, morning and day shifts available - hours ranging from 24 to 30 hours per weekOn-the-job training Growth opportunities Essential Functions and Duties:Prepare and serve coffee and tea beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences, operate coffee machines, grinders, and other equipment to ensure the quality of beveragesMaintain knowledge of menu items, including specialty drinks and seasonal offeringsGreet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional mannerHandle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficientlyContinuously ensure cleanliness and organization of the counter, work area, and seating areas and assist with opening and closing procedures, including cleaning and restockingComplete daily inventory checks, replenish supplies as needed, maintain stock levelsand manage product wasteQualifications:Previous experience as a Barista or in a customer service role is a plusStrong communication, interpersonal skills and basic math skills for handling transactions and managing cashAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneouslyFlexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidaysAbility to stand for extended periods, lift up to 30lb and the manual dexterity for operating equipment and preparing beveragesMust be able to pass a federal background checkGet in touch!
