Express is hiring for an "BOM Specialist" for a local Flathead Valley company!Roll Summary The BOM Specialist is responsible for solidifying and growing the following three pillars: Structure, Discipline and Standards, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of our product information. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and efficient management of our Bills of Materials to support our production and inventory processes. They must have a strong understanding of Bill of Materials, must be able to interface between internal teams to ensure a clear understanding of our product requirements, and be comfortable communicating with Engineering and Production personnel on a daily basis. This individual will be a versatile team-oriented person capable of hands-on contribution.Tasks Include: · BOM Management. Create, update, and maintain accurate bills of materials for all products, ensuring alignment with product specifications and engineering changes.· Develop and maintain documentation related to BOM processes and procedures, ensuring that all changes are properly documented and communicated. · Coordinate with the Materials, Planning and Sales departments to ensure tools are carefully planned and built on schedule.· Develop and maintain documentation related to BOM processes and procedures, ensuring that all changes are properly documented and communicated.· Maintain and report on schedule performance on a weekly/ daily basis, communicate and implement recovery plans as needed.Qualifications:Minimum 3 years experience reading and understanding Engineering Bill of Materials.Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.Detail oriented.
