Aimbridge Hospitality Casino Attendant in Kalispell, Montana
The Casino Attendant is responsible for the setup maintenance and operation of all casino related activities. This position may take food orders for those patrons sitting at the bar or will act as a Server when required.
High School diploma or equivalent is required; previous bartender experience with a basic knowledge of beer wine and spirits and be familiar with standard drink recipes is desired.
Must meet the minimum age requirements to serve alcohol as required by the local jurisdiction and be able to speak read write and understand the primary language of the workplace.
Must have the ability to stand for long periods of up to four hours in length.
Performs routine machine repair such as correcting jammed bill acceptors and powering on and off machines that have “frozen”.
Responsible for a very large cash bank.
Make change for gambling customers.
Cash out winning tickets for customers.
Takes orders for mixes and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks for patrons of bar and dining room following standard recipes.
Mixes ingredients such as liquor soda water sugar and bitters to prepare cocktails and other drinks. Serves wine and bottled beers or draws draft beer from kegs.
Enters drink orders in POS system and collects the approved methods of payment.
Requisitions liquors other beverages and supplies.
Arranges bottles and glasses to make an attractive display and merchandise drinks.
May slice and pit fruit for garnishing
May wash and sterilize glassware.
May prepare appetizers such as pickles cheese and cold meats and seafood and replenish as need.
Assist Supervisor and/or General Manager with promotions and marketing projects as needed.
