Logan Health Community Benefit Coordinator in Kalispell, Montana
Job Description Summary:
Are you passionate about making a meaningful impact in the community? Logan Health is seeking a Community Benefit Coordinator to lead and support initiatives that enhance community health and engagement. This role is key in developing, overseeing, and measuring Logan Health’s community initiatives while fostering relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
What You’ll Do:
Lead the development and execution of Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA)-driven initiatives and events.
Identify and cultivate strategic community partnerships to align with Logan Health’s mission.
Facilitate a Community Enrichment Advisory Committee to guide community engagement efforts.
Oversee community benefit reporting, including tracking activities in the CBISA database.
Develop and implement community benefit training for internal stakeholders, ensuring compliance and best practices.
Organize and measure the impact of community enrichment events, sponsorships, and donations.
Serve as a representative for Logan Health at community events, boards, and committees.
Collaborate with marketing to enhance visibility and branding of Logan Health in community initiatives.
What You’ll Bring:
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in public health, community health, public policy, community relations, or a related field; or equivalent education/experience.
Two (2) years of experience in community health improvement, public health data, compliance, or a related field (preferred).
Skills & Abilities:
Strong ability to build and foster relationships with diverse community groups and stakeholders.
Experience with event planning and coordination.
Excellent organizational skills, critical thinking, and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas and initiatives effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn other software as needed.

Day Shift - 8 Hours (United States of America)
Schedule Details:
Please know schedules and shifts are subject to change based on patient care and department/organizational needs.
Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
Logan Health operates 24 hours per day, seven days per week. Schedules are set to accommodate the requirements of the position and the needs of the organization and may be adjusted as needed.
