This builder offers a broad range of both design and build services, both residential and commercial. For over fifteen years, this builder has completed some of the largest residential and commercial builds in the area.The Construction Site Cleaner keeps construction project sites clean and in an orderly condition. Construction clean up duties will be both indoors and outside helping to maintain a clean, organized and safe job site.Pay: $20/hourSchedule: Full-timeEssential Functions & Duties:Sweep, dust, vacuum, and scrub a variety of surfaces from early stages of construction through final cleaning of completed projectsRemove excess construction materials, trash, and debris from the construction siteOrganize construction material to maintain a clean environmentUse a variety of hand and power tools to assist with site demolition and other tradesmanCreate and maintain a good working relationship with all employees within the teamQualifications:High school diploma or equivalent, preferredValid driver’s license and evidence of insurability preferred, some travel is required to remote job sitesAble to work independentlyAware of your surroundings and comfortable working in open construction sitesAble to climb, crawl, balance, bend, and pushAble to walk, stand, or sit for extended periods of time (up to 12-hour shifts)Able to lift up to 50 poundsGet in touch!
