Stockman Bank of Montana CSR/TELLER in Kalispell, Montana

Position General Responsibilities:

This position is the office’s front line regarding New Accounts, Customer Service, and assisting on the Teller line as needed. It requires extensive product knowledge to support frequent customer contact in the development of new business through the servicing of requests, calling on existing customers, identification and calling on potential customers, and representing the Bank in community activities.

None.

Education, Experience and Certification Requirements

  • Previous teller experience and recent experience using Flex Teller and Navigator.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

  • Customer Service experience.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • High School diploma or equivalency.

  • Ten key proficiencies.

  • Proficient computer skills.

Preferred:

  • Previous financial institution experience.

  • 1-2 years previous Customer Service role experience.

Dimension of Job:

The position requires a thorough knowledge of all types of accounts, services and products offered and sold. The Customer Service Representative (CSR)/Teller will have extensive in-person and telephone contact and is to conduct relationships in a manner that will enhance the professional, community focused effort of the Bank. CSR/Teller is responsible for following banking regulations and procedures while maintaining protection of the Bank‘s assets. In addition to handling customer transactions, this position may contain some approval and/or vault functions.
