Job Title: Drain Service TechnicianSchedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PMJob Overview:We are looking for a skilled Drain Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you will diagnose drain and sewer issues, provide cost estimates to customers, and perform drain cleaning services using specialized equipment. You will document estimates and invoices on a company-provided smartphone, collect payments, and move on to the next service call.
Key Responsibilities:Diagnose and assess drainage issues and provide cost estimates to customers.Unclog and clean sewers and drains using drain cleaning tools and equipment.Maintain a neat and professional work environment in customers' homes.Deliver excellent customer service to encourage repeat business and referrals.Accurately complete paperwork and maintain digital records.Adhere to company policies, safety procedures, and industry best practices.Maintain a clean, organized, and well-inventoried service vehicle.Participate in training sessions, morning meetings, and company retreats.
Qualifications:Ability to lift 50 lbs and consistently lift 25 lbs.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Must be professional, respectful, and courteous at all times.Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time.Open to training and continuous learning.A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
