Job Description
Primary Location:
Kalispell, Montana
SUMMARYLeads a team of delivery personnel by performing the following duties.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESWork with and train delivery personnel (full and part time) through work-withs to increase efficiencies and effective-ness at retail.Work with delivery personnel to increase performance standards:
No missed stops.
All Q.A. standards followed.
Cooler, back-stock and shelves stocked on every delivery.
Conduct rotation audits on drivers while covering/training delivery routes.
Help manage vacation schedule to ensure adequate manpower coverage.
Participate in weekly department meetings to ensure delivery ‘team’ concept.
Help manage the ‘Hot Shot Program’.
Attends all scheduled meetings.
Other duties may be assigned by the immediate supervisor or other supervisor at any time.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
Responsibilities include: interviewing and hiring
Training employees
Planning, assigning, and directing work
Appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees
Addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Supervises 4 to 10 subordinate employees.
