POSITION
In this role, you will thrive with a variety of engineering project opportunities available. The Electrical Engineer will apply the principles of power system design to supply electrical components, products, and systems with power within the building design framework. These responsibilities include:
Expertly collaborates with clients to grasp project vision.
Oversee and lead project lifecycle from planning to construction oversight, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
Utilize design software to build power system components such as circuitry, equipment power plans, lighting plans, and fire alarm plans within the building design.
Specification writing.
Ensures compliance with safety standards and building codes.
Works cross-functionally with other engineering disciplines to support project design.
Tackles design challenges creatively, resolving complex problems.
Identifies and pursues new business opportunities, driving revenue growth and expanding market presence.
Develop, inspire, manage, and mentor project staff.

YOUR STRENGTHS
Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering
Preferred engineering licensure such as EIT or PE or able to obtain after hire
3+ years’ experience in electrical system design within architectural and building project disciplines
Project management experience leading complex projects
Proficiency in using design software such as RIVIT, AGI32, SKM, or similar
Strong communication, both verbal and written
Proven client growth mindset
A valid driver’s license and an insurable driving record is required for occasional travel
