Community Action Partnership Field Agent 1 Section 8 in Kalispell, Montana
CAPNM is looking for a Field Agent I Section 8 team member to join its Community Services team. This position works in partnership to administer the Section 8 housing choice voucher program and HUD VASH for Veteran housing needs. The Field Agent 1 Section 8 is responsible for completing inspections, interacting with tenants and landlords, completing paperwork, and documenting all transactions, in a timely fashion, and in accordance with Federal and State regulations and Housing & Urban Development (HUD) housing quality standards.Two years of experience in general office and public contact work is required; as is experience in working with people from various socio-economic and educational backgrounds.Benefits include medical insurance and FSA plan; a 403(b) plan; and paid holidays, vacation, and sick leave.
